Our Credit Risk Management team administers all aspects of our internal credit portfolio. This team uses analytical tools to help make the best decisions possible on behalf of our customers. Members of our Credit Operations and Collections team work together to manage the systems, processes and support functions to administer innovative credit and collections programs that are best for the company and our customers. This team works to improve cash flow, process important transactions supporting our business and regulatory requirements and reduce receivables.

Our E-commerce Product teams work closely with partners across the organization and engineers to deliver an in-house developed web platform. Our Findability and Product Operations team is responsible for product content onboarding, taxonomy and product attribute presentation. Through a blend of technology and precise execution, our Site Operations, Optimization and Innovation team manages the day-to-day production of the site as well as driving optimization via innovative experience testing, automated shopping personalization and promotional experiences. In Category Management, we curate merchandise-driven product shops, drive seasonal events and promotions and enhance the shopping experience and discoverability. Our Analytics, Tagging and Customer Data Platform team helps enable hyper-targeted promotions, manages data governance and tagging and keeps tabs on this activity through e-commerce analysis and reporting.

Our Merchant teams are central to customer activation and retention through curation and presentation of compelling assortments of products. Our customers come to us to build, rebuild or establish credit by purchasing items they and their family want and need. The Planning team partners with our merchants to forecast and buy items to stock our warehouse, purchasing nearly $300 million worth of products each year. We work with leading brands to deliver on this brand promise. Our Merchandising team drives sales and profitability by successfully managing the assortment and the product life cycle.

Retail Operations

Our Retail Operations teams support our business by delivering to our customers the high-quality products they want and need. Our Quality Assurance team develops and monitors product quality standards so that we can provide the quality of products our customers expect. The Transportation team works with our carrier partners to ensure that our products are getting to our Fulfillment Center from our vendors and that our packages get to our customers on time and without damage. Our Dropship Operations team works closely with our merchants, dropship vendors and fulfillment solutions partner to ensure that our dropship product customer orders are fulfilled promptly.
